In short, PICME is an online registration system for pregnant women through which you can monitor the health of all pregnant women in Tamil Nadu. Once you register at this PICME, you get an RCH ID (Reproductive and Child Health ID) through which you can check the health record of pregnant women. This is only until the pregnancy period.

How to register on PicMe

First you go to the official website of the PICME portal, and there you can see the self-registration option on the right side for RCH ID and click that option.

After it goes to the registration page, the Aadhaar number is asked for. You can enter your Aadhaar number and click the “Get Details” button, and it asks for the OTP. You can click this option; the OTP is sent to your Aadhar-registered number, and you must enter the OTP and click the “Validate” button.

After that, below, you can enter the pregnant woman’s Aadhar-registered mobile number and enter the date of birth of the pregnant woman.

If all the details are correct once you’ve checked, below you can see a submit button, and you can click the submit option.

And on the right side you can see the general details option; click the option and enter all the required details.

You can enter the name of the pregnant woman as per the Aadhar card, the date of birth of the pregnant woman, the husband’s name, and the date of birth of the husband.

Enter your current residential address, district, taluk, village, pin code, and your nearby health center.

After that you can choose your address proof of the entered address. If you choose Aadhar Card, you can upload the Aadhar Card document in the below option.

Enter how long you can stay in this residential address and select your community and religion, and if all the entered details are correct, click the submit button.

And you can get your receipt of the application, and you got a call from the health center, and your RCH ID is generated by your nearby health center.

How to log in to the PicMe portal

In the old portal, Picme 2.0 is called the login portal, but now Picme 3.0 is a login portal.

Step 1: First you go to the official website of the Picme portal, and you can see the login page.

Step 2: There you can enter your login user ID, which is your RCH ID or preregistered number, and enter your password.

Step 3: And then click the captcha and fill it correctly and click the login button, and you successfully log in to your PICME 3.0 portal.

If you forgot your password, you can click the forgot password option and reset your password.
